He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Johnson and Nova Johnson; his daughter Chata Johnson; his siblings, Carolyn Ainsworth (Roy) and Stevie Johnson; his brothers-in-law, Ronald Rogers and Doyle Bradshaw; and his son-in-law Edmund Reddish.
He is survived by: his wife Leanna; his children, Angela Klem (Jeff) of Basehor, Darrell L. Johnson (Lori) of DeSoto, Dixie Reddish of Thayer, MO, Bradley Guy (Rhaquinda) of West Plains, MO and Addison Guy (Sara) of Gatewood, MO; his siblings, Donald Johnson (Sue) of Holden, Mackie Johnson (Naomi) of Thayer, MO and Diane Rogers of Mammoth Spring, AR; and his sister-in-law Janet Bradshaw of West Plains, MO. He is also survived by Twenty-Three grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren.
