She was predeceased by: her husband Robert T Foster; and her siblings, Bonnie M. Cohn and Jack D McGill. She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Goodwin (Greg) and Rhonda Baker (David).

She was elected Treasurer of the George D. Hay Foundation.
