She is survived by : her children, Patsy Mayhugh and Johnny Collins; her grandchildren, John Collins (Carrie) and Johanna Wear (Jonathan); her great grandchildren, John, Mahayla Collins, Isaac, Gabriel Wear, Jessica, Norma and Devin Baker; her niece Lauri Manson; her siblings, Lucretia Singleton, Otha Smith (Pat), Joanne, Roger Smith, Gary Smith, Donna Mason and Joyce Smith; and her sister-in-law Pat Collins.
