He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, David Hendrix (Barbara) of Sparta, MO, Dennis Hendrix of West Plains and Denita Frazier (Danny) of Forsyth, MO; his grandchildren, Lance Hendrix (Emily), Amber Giebert (Chris), Shaun Hendrix (Charity), Heather Russell (Ryan) and Deidra Hendrix; his great grandchildren, Alice, Quyn, Jadyn, Devyn, Brayton, Brianna (Josh), Courtney, Madison, Xaden, Derick, McKanize, Edward and Christina; his sisters, Wanda Francis of Charleston, MO, Brenda Williford (Larry) of Doe Run, MO and Karol Clementz (Stanley) of Prophetstown, IL; his sister-in-law Mary Hendrix of Farmington, MO; his stepchildren, Rob Frazier (Mandy), Ryan Frazier (Shelly) and Susan Baldridge (Gary); and his sister-in-law Reva Baker (Sherman). He is also survived by 7 step-grandchildren; 3 step-great-grandchildren, other nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
