He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Billups and Dorothy Billups (Buckner); his son Jeremy Allen Billups; and his brother Pat Billups. He is survived by: his children, Rocky Billups Jr. (Sefora) of Forsyth, MO., A. J. Billups (Sghenerell) of Hollister, MO., Heather Tallman of Mountain Grove, MO and Jessica Brightwell (Brett) of Kissee Mills, MO.; and his sister Diane Perkins of Springfield, MO.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
