He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Allen and Helen Allen; his daughter Donna Jo Allen; his parents-in-law, Earl and Bonnie Staton; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Hedrick.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Staton; his son Davie Allen (Denise); his sister Rosalie Hedrick; his grandchildren, Darcy Hundley (Mark), Dylan Allen (Kaylee), Delaney Cox (Remington), Demi Allen and Dawson Allen; and his great grandchildren, Maylee, Ellie, Boone, Buell, Kipton and Greta.
