The memory of Frances Mae Milligan of Tipton, Missouri, who passed away on June 16, 2025 at the age of 99, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Geiser and Catherine Geiser (Knipp); her siblings, Herman, Lawrence, Joe, Walter Geiser and Elizabeth Ramage; and her granddaughter Angela Marie Milligan.
She is survived by: her son Gary Milligan (Debbie) of Tipton; her grandsons, Travis, Jared and Zachary Milligan; and her great grandchildren, Braxton and Hudson.
A rosary will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Andrew Catholic Church (106 W Cooper St, Tipton, MO 65081). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Andrew Catholic Cemetery (106 W Cooper St, Tipton, MO 65081).
