He was predeceased by: his parents, David Arnold, Sr. and Barbara Burch (Schultz); and his siblings, David Burch, John Burch, Floyd Burch and Sharon Crow.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Joe Burch (Roxy) of Texas, Mickey Lee Burch (Shanna) of Tipton and Jacqueline Renae Burch of Kanas City, KS; his stepdaughter Samantha Nolan of Kansas City, KS; and his grandchildren, Brooklyn Burch, Kayden Drake, Peyton Burch and Erik Kuester.
