She was predeceased by: her sons, John and Johnathan; and her uncle Ralph. She is survived by: her parents, Linda Hellebusch and Andrew Hellebusch; her husband Jamie Faust; her daughters, Hannah and Gabby; and her in-laws, Barbara and William Faust. She is also survived by family members and friends.
Memorial Donations may be given to the Make a Wish Foundation or to St. Francis Borgia Regional High School in Cindy's name.
