He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lawrence and Ruby Maryetta Hartley Arneson; and his wife Colleen Vandevender. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Delee Fleming (Jeff), Cynthia Cheryl Prager (Joshua) and Charles Martin Arneson (Ami); his sisters, Delores Newton and Maryetta Dennis (Mike); his grandchildren, Laura, Andy, Kristen, Tony and Angela; his stepchildren, Brenda Bailey (Larry) and Max Bennett, Jr. (Jenna); and his stepgrandchildren, Eric Bailey and Melanie Champayne. He is also survived by four step-great grandchildren; one niece and four nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Slater-Neal Funeral Home (813 Custer St, Trenton, MO 64683). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
