Billy left this world on March 15, 2026 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Arney and Elgevia Delores Arney (Ritter); his wife Imogene Ann Meeker; and his children, Rhonda and Brian Barrett.
He is survived by: his stepson Bryon Lovell (Cindy) of Camdenton, MO; his son Randall Barrett; his brother Richard Arney (Faye) of Columbia, MO; and his sister-in-law Cathie Whitley (Jim) of Trenton. He is also survived by many grandchildren, cousins and nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations are suggested to the North 65 Center and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
