He is survived by: his children, Bridget Velazquez (Librado) and Billy Lee Eastwood; his siblings, Sue Talley (Ken), Sharon Hamilton (Jim) and Jim Eastwood (Janet); his grandchildren, Nathaniel Velazquez, Nickolas Velazquez and Destanie Velazquez; and his great grandchild Maylee Velazquez.
