He was predeceased by: his parents, John McGinness and Freda May McGinness (Miller); and his sister Connie Green. He is survived by: his children, Rachel, Michelle, Megan, Colton and Keegan (Makaila); his grandsons, John and Valentin; his stepsons, Nathan Applegate (Tabitha) and Brent Applegate (Misty); and his stepgrandchildren, Zoie Ann Jordyn, Jasper, ShyAnn and Khloe.
Viewing will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 9:00 AM. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Resthaven Mortuary (310 N Hwy 65, Trenton, MO 64683).
Memorial donations are suggested to the Green Hills Animal Shelter and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
