He was predeceased by: his parents, James (Jim) and Lois Bell (Pugh); and his brothers, Charles Bell, David Smith and Eddie Bell.

He is survived by: his pet George; his children, Autumn Hoskins (Lonnie) of Platte City, MO, James (Jay) and Brandin Bell (Halley) of Darlington, MO; his brothers, Bill Smith of Trenton, MO, Bruce Bell of Gallatin, MO, Greg and Bryan Bell of Unknown; his grandchildren, Makaila, Reese, Callie, Dexter, Abel, William, Déjà, Jase and Jax; and his in-laws, Lorie, Dennis Wilmes, Chris, Jennifer Prettyman, Robert, Marilyn Hardin and Geraldine Weese.

Memorial donations are suggested to be made to the Veteran's Community Project and may be left with or mailed to the Slater Neal Funeral Home.
