He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale William and Mary Jo Saslisbury Ramsey; and his son Richard Dale Ramsey, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Denice Deann Welch; his daughter Kandee Norgard (Gary); his sister Patricia Jo Voyna; his stepsons, Cameron Michell (Becky), Jeff Mitchell and Nicholas Mitchell (Christy); and his daughter-in-law Angela Ramsey. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
