We bid farewell to Roger Jennings Hawkins of Trenton, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 30, 2025 at the age of 77. Roger touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Jean (Whitley) and John L. Hawkins; and his wife Barbara Sue Hawkins (Shockey). He is survived by: his uncle Freddie; his aunt Carrol; his brother John A. Hawkins (Cindy) of Naples; his children, Teresa Cross (Brad) of Gretna and Andrew Jennings Hawkins (Shelley) of Kansas City; his grandchildren, Alexander Duke Cross (Danielle), Zachary Brett Cross (Alyssa Monson), Jacquelyn Hawkins, Sydney Coral Hawkins and Hadyn Star Hawkins; and his great grandchild Sonny Duke Cross. He is also survived by several extended family members, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and lots of close friends.

The family suggest in lieu of flowers, that memorial donations be made to the First Christian Church and may be left or mailed to the funeral home.
