He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Siemer and Betty Hanes Siemer (Wise); and his brother Mark Hanes. He is survived by: his wife Diane Tate; his children, Hunter Hanes (Haley) of Galt and Whitney Hanes (Blake Barber) of Prairieville, LA; his sister Joyce Eads of Coffey, MO; and his grandchildren, Boone, Tatum Hanes and Brayden Barber.
Memorial donations are suggested to Daviess County Nursing and Rehab Activities Fund and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
