He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. Kackley; and his brothers, Michael Kackley (Ella) and Larry Kackley (Vicky). He is survived by: his mother Mildred Kackley (Kauffman); and his sisters, Sue Ellen Kackley, Rebecca Hickey and Carolyn Ross (David).
