He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Oliver and Aileen L. Oliver; and his siblings, Meredith Oliver and Carl Wilbrand. He is survived by: his wife Pam Curran of Trimble, Missouri; his son Paul Oliver; his daughter-in-law Christie Oliver; his grandchildren, Madeline and Jackson Oliver of Overland Park, Kansas; his great grandchild Katherine Oliver; his son-in-law Charles Rockstead of Trimble, MO; Adrian Rockstead of Kansas City, MO.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which supports injured first responders and the families of fallen officers.
