He is survived by: his sister Cindy McMackin (Tony); and his sibling's children, Jim Pruitt (Lisa), Brandi Kessinger, Liberty Baker, Heather Gilbride, Tyler VanSickle (Chelsea), Chandler VanSickle (Christina) and Falon Wagner (Eric).
