She was predeceased by: her parents, John Horn and Jessie Horn (Smith); her husband Robert Coffell; and her brothers, Jerry Horn and Leonard Horn.
She is survived by: her children, Don Coffell of Troy and Doris (Gary Hasson) of Monaco. She is also survived by other cousins, and friends.
