She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert J. Horrell and Rose Esther Horrell (Vallett); her grandson Timothy Korn; and her former husband Frederic Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Robyn Korn of Birmingham, AL, Gail Luetkenhaus (Russ) of Troy and Laurie Prevatt (Stephen) of Normal, IL.; her sister Darlene Phegley (Ray) of Kansas City; and her grandchildren, Megan Bethel (Gerry), Erin Luetkenhuas, Courtney Hammer (Nate), Katie Jackson (Aaron), Ricky Korn, Alexander Prevatt, Maxim Prevatt and Samantha Smith. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
