He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Cobillas and Lillian Flossie Cobillas (Houchin); his siblings, Dorothy Dietz, Bernard Cobillas, Steven Cobillas, Victor Cobillas, Tonia Nunn, Joe Cobillas, Tim Cobillas and John David Cobillas; and his grandson Charles Emelio Cobillas III.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Emelio Cobillas, Jr. (Donna) and Doreen Adela Meador (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Ashli Cobillas Spencer (Matt), Ryan Meador (Flori), Jason Meador (Mary) and Ellyn Meador Williams (Dustin); and his great grandchildren, Faith, Angelica, Jeffrey, Samuel, Adelaide, Emmelynn, Johnston, Lydia, Julia, Phoebe and Abel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
