She was predeceased by : her father Hubert Hooks, Sr.; her grandson Charles; and her brother-in-law Allen Mills. She is survived by : her mother Jeannette Hooks (Sitton) of Winfield; her children, Drew Adcock (Samantha) of St. Louis and Carla Creech (Don) of Troy; her grandchildren, Bryson, Aubrey, Emit and Sophia; and her siblings, Herbert Hooks, Jr. (Karen) of Troy, Annette Mills of Elsberry, Lisa Tayon (Alan) of Winfield and Anna Marie Hooks of Winfield. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
