He was predeceased by : his parents, Otto Fredrick Conrad and Marie Dorthea Emma Buenger (Rosen); his wife Betty Buenger; and his siblings, Lorene Klemp and Lester Buenger.
He is survived by : his children, Debby Logan of O'Fallon, MO, Dianne Bell (David) of Powhatan, VA, Carol Sayers (Jay) of St. Paul, David Buenger of St and Charles; and his brother Eugene Buenger (Margaret). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Trinity Lutheran Church, c/o the funeral home.
