She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Leona Woolfolk and Hugh Woolfolk; Hugh J. Woolfolk, Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Ida, Tyrone (Virgal), Patrick, Pamela (Riley) and Sheila Woolfolk; and her niece Sara Woolfolk (Donna).
