With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene E. Sparks of Troy, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on July 7, 2023 at the age of 71. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eugene E. Sparks to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Sparks and Laura Mae Sparks (Shelton); his siblings, Larry Sparks, Terry Sparks and Clara Shelton; and his grandson Michael Parker.

He is survived by : his wife Laura Sparks of Troy; his children, Kelly Vogler (David Looney), Joe Parker (Becky), Jamaal Sparks and Natisha Sparks (Aaron); and his sister Izetta Sparks. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
