She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Derwood and Nellie Corrine Wells (Taylor); her sister Dorothy Wells; and her grandson Luke Cruz. She is survived by: her husband James "Craine" Norton; her sons, Howard (Ann), Randy (Michelle), Rodney (Holly) and Jason (Jericho); her stepdaughters, Stephanie Norton and Cassandra Cruz; and her sister Clara Jeanne Wells. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren and several great grand children.
