He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Nations and Diana Lynn Dodge (Carmack). He is survived by: his siblings, Zakary Dodge (Cassidy), Kyla Dodge and Violet Dodge; his grandmother Louise Dodge; his cousin Cody Dornseif; and his uncles, Ralph and Christopher (Carrie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
