He is survived by : his sons, Avery James Kayten of Los Angeles, Craig Stuart Myers of St. Louis and Eric Steven Myers (Patryce) of Troy; his granddaughters, Erica B. Hicks and Adrianne S. Myers; and his great grandchildren, Lia and Leia Hicks.
