He is survived by : his parents, David Milberg and Pamela Milberg of Florissant, MO; his grandparents, Don, Doris Milberg and Mildred Baird; and his siblings, Jacque Milberg (Brad) of Florissant, MO and Kurtis Milberg of Florissant, MO. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
