We announce the death of Norma Jean Mashek of Troy, Missouri, who passed away on July 8, 2026, at the age of 75. Norma will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Norma will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Norma’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Joseph Mashek; her parent Ethel Adkins (Frankie Joe Mashek); her brother Gary Boenker; and her parents-in-law, Frank Edward Mashek and Dorothy Mashek.
She is survived by: her daughter Angela M. Colbert (Mark) of Troy, MO; her sister Debbie Hubber (Donnie); her grandchildren, Chase Joseph Colbert (Leini Rose) and Ty Grayson Colbert; and her pet Gemma. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
