Richard Eder Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Eder of Troy, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 4, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wolfgang and Eva Eder (Ritter); his wife Kay Eder; and his sister Carol. He is survived by: his children, Laura James (Ricky), Richard H. Eder (Bridget), Diana Treat, Ron Eder (Jodi), Loren Stevens (Sandra), Leslie Ambrose (Hayden), Lisa Hahn (Luke) and David Schaab (Janet); and his sisters, Marsha Vogel and Shirley Ward. He is also survived by many grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes & Crematory (1304 Boone St, Troy, MO 63379).
Memorial donations may be made to Central Missouri Honor Flight c/o the funeral home.
