He is survived by : his wife Melba Starks of Troy; his sons, Rick Starks (Shawn) of Warrenton, Randy Starks (Mary) of Warrenton and Rob Starks of Warrenton; his brothers, Wesley Starks of Granite City, IL and James Pervil of Medford; and his grandchildren, Cory of Warrenton, Cody of Warrenton, Robby of Warrenton, Dusty Starks of Warrenton, Becky, Amber and Amilyn Minor (Austin). He is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
