She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Buddy and Mollie Belle Byrd (McKuin); her husband Gene Cross; her son Jimmy Wayne Cross; her grandson Michael Mason Rose; and her siblings, Barbara Byrd, Betty Price, Sondra Wake, Deronda Williams, Jimmy Byrd and Jerry Byrd.
She is survived by: her daughter Charlotte Rose (Vic) of Troy, Missouri.; her siblings, Ervin Byrd (Mary Jo) of Kennett and Venita Miller (Tommy) of Kennett; her grandchildren, Victor Rose (Tonya), Stefanie Ralls (Eric), Stacie Golden (James), Molly Cross, Allison Young (Chris) and Carisa Baker (Brad); her great grandchildren, Merissa Bailey (Angus), Zachery Smith (Sabrina), Brooklynn Hess (Zachary), Adalynn Ralls, Alexa Hoagland, Brantley Hoagland, River Holt, Ledge Holt, Porter Golden, Jack Golden, Matty Dinkins, Aiden Young, Emmitt Young, Jameson Young, Caselyn Cross-Baker and Maggie Baker; and her great great grandchildren, Oliver and Bayla.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McDaniel Funeral Service (115 South Bypass, Kennett, MO 63857). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 4:15 PM at the Oak Ridge Cemetery (1001 College Ave, Kennett, MO 63857).
