He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Duke of Troy, MO; his children, Kerry Duke (Laurie), Danny Duke (Shirley) and Melissa Temme (Dan); his son-in-law Matt Blevins; his grandchildren, Nathan, Courtney, Nicole, John, Harley, Vanessa, Sierra, Molly, Madeline, Shanelle, Eugene and Eric; and his great grandchildren, Dalton, Kira, Odin, Dominic, Paige, Cayden, Lily, Haylie, Zoey, Oliver, Riley, Jasper, Bennett and Ayana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
