He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Stogsdill of Troy, MO; his daughter Terri Horsman (Todd) of Shelbyville, IL; and his grandchildren, Hallie Horsman and Matthew Horsman.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kemper-Keim Family Funeral Chapel - Troy (351 Monroe St, Troy, MO 63379). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
