He was predeceased by: his parent Lorene Smith Cage; and his grandparents, Mary Ann Kemp and James Smith. He is survived by: his children, Bryan Silver of Louisville, Kentucky, William E. Smith Jr. of Seattle, Washington, Ujena Yolanda Smith of Louisiana and Ciara Lorene Jambga-Smith (Michael) of St. Louis, Missouri.; and his siblings, Laverta Cage of Troy, Missouri, John Cage (Shari) of West End and Euliana Cage Sanders of Moscow Mills, Missouri.. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Kemper-Keim Family Funeral Chapel - Troy (351 Monroe St, Troy, MO 63379). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
