He is survived by: his sons, Steven Smith, Jon Smith (Carolyn) of Tuscumbia, MO and Tim Smith of Tuscumbia, MO; his grandchildren, Matthew Smith of Tuscumbia, MO, Alyssa Smith of Tuscumbia, MO and William Smith of Tuscumbia, MO; his brother Jay Smith (Ellen) of Springfield, MO; and his uncles, Wesley Horton (Connie) of Tuscumbia, MO and Arthur Hager of Eugene, MO. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Friends and his beloved dog.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Phillips Funeral Home (5 S Oak St, Eldon, MO 65026). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
