She was predeceased by: her grandchildren, Sabrina Webb and Shawn Webb; her great grandchild Raylyne Parker; her parents, Jesse and Duffa; her parents-in-law, Howard and Thelma; her brother Jack Bolin (late Charlotte); and her siblings-in-law, Cecil Webb (late Ella), Dennis Webb and Marilyn Webb.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Webb of Union; her children, Tim Webb (Dana) of Union, Michael Webb (Alesia) of Manchester and Alicia Parker (Kelly) of Union; her grandchildren, Shannon Webb (Amanda), Sondra Simpson (Patrick), Stephanie Ward (Timmothy), Scott Webb (Chelsea), Amy Clayton (Joe), Traci Webb, Derek Webb, Shane Parker (Nicole) and Cody Parker (Heather); her brother Larry Bolin (Gina) of Mississippi; and her siblings-in-law, Barry Webb of Colorado and Marsha Webb of Ewing, IL. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Oltmann Funeral Home - Union (103 N Church St, Union, MO 63084). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Oak Hill Free Will Baptist Church.
