He is survived by : his wife Mary Ann Fine; his daughters, Lisa Collins (Edmund) of Austin, TX. and Coleen Ott (William) of Union; his grandchildren, Meghan Vesely (Justin), Courtney Rochetto (Mike), Amber Burdette and Patrick Collins; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Delaney and Austen Vesely; and his sister Darlene McGraw of Joplin. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Immaculate Conception Church.
