He was predeceased by: his parents, Brown Kerr (Nannie D.) and Nannie D. Kerr; his siblings, Daymon Kerr, Harold Kerr, Glynn Kerr, Robert Kerr, Margaret Workman, Janie Leeke and Tresia Jenkins; his daughter-in-law Christy Kerr; and his great grandchild Elijsha Peckham.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kerr (Pierce) of Union; his children, Jimmy Kerr of Wright City, Jeff Kerr (Lisa) of Union, Tracye Peterson (Joey) and Tammy Barrett (David) of Garfield, AR.; his grandchildren, Tabitha Frederich (Daniel), Joshua Kerr (Erica), Bobby Peterson (Callee), Brandon Barrett (Heather), Amanda Wilson (Nick), Brooke Winkler (Shane), Rachel Eckstein (Jerry), Jacob Barrett, Seth Barrett (Shani), Ethan Kerr (Jessi) and Jesse Barrett; and his great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Landon, Leah, Bryce, Jordyn, Henry, Declan, Levi, Bentley, Charlotte, Abigail Louise, Jensen, Jack, Rylee and Vivian. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Midlawn Funeral Home (7280 State Hwy 47, Union, MO 63084). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at the Midlawn Memorial Gardens (7280 State Hwy 47, Union, MO 63084).
