Carol touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrien Eversole and Cecile Eversole; her husband John Mossoney; her daughter Pam Hunter; her great grandchild Samantha; her sister Beatrice Martz; and her close friend Bob Walters.
She is survived by: her children, David Mossoney of Union, Dan Mossoney (LaNora) and Johnna Moffitt (Tim Richardson) of Washington; her sisters, Lou Stevens of Sneedville and Mary Wolf (Willie) of Benton, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Michelle Stillman (Dennis), Danny Mossoney, David John Mossoney, Jennifer Dixon (Aaron), Chris Mossoney (Hollie), Maelee Mossoney, Eric Kelley, Ian Moffitt, Mark Mossoney, Nick Hunter (Lisa) and Jessica Martin (Joe). She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
Memorial donations to St Jude Children's Research Hospital are preferred.
