With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Francis Evans of Union, Missouri, who passed away on March 21, 2026 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his children, Kathleen Blizzard and Kevin Sol Evans; and his siblings, George Evans (Dixie), Louis Evans and Brenda Sue McAllister (Gerald).
He is survived by: his wife Linda Evans; his daughter Kristeen Evans of Union; his son-in-law Tom Blizzard of Imperial; his grandchildren, Kevin DeBoeuf, Kasey Hartline (Ethan), Benjamin Blizzard and Allyson Blizzard; his great grandchildren, Alex DeBoeuf and Dylan DeBoeuf; his brother Donald Evans (Bridgett) of Afton, OK; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Sue Evans of Joplin and Carol Hensley of Florissant. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Anatomical donation has taken place at Washington University School of Medicine.
