She was predeceased by: her parents, Reinhard and Alvina; her son Wayne Menke; her daughter-in-law Barb Menke; and her siblings, Irvin Althage (late Ruth), Allen Althage (late Fae) and Ruth Behringer (late Spencer).
She is survived by: her husband Emil Menke of Union; her children, Daniel Menke of Independence, Karen Menke of Union, Lauren Waggoner (Barry) of Defiance, Lisa Carman (Kevin) of Union, Steven Menke of Union and Joel Menke (Pam Shumacher) of Wentzville; and her grandchildren, Jason Menke, Benjamin Waggoner (Jennifer), Danielle Long (Brian), Elizabeth Fischer (Ben), Deanna Carman, Jeffrey Carman (Jessica), Katherine Jordan (Daniel), Nicholas Carman and Jacob Carman (Beccah). She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church.
