He was predeceased by : his parents, Chester Brauks and Eleanor Brauks; and his grandson Baby Ryan Reichardt. He is survived by : his wife Judy Brauks of Union; his children, Mike Brauks of Union and Kim Reichardt (Doug) of Wildwood; his grandchildren, Megan Reichardt and Nathan Reichardt; and his brother Bill Brauks (Rosalie) of Gerald. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Alzheimer's Association.
