With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacob Swoboda (Union, Missouri), who passed away on June 28, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ted Swoboda and Wendi Swoboda; his siblings, Leigha Swoboda of St. Louis, MO, Natasha Swoboda of Union, MO and Andrew Swoboda of Union, MO; and his grandparents, Roger, Terry Stahl of Peachtree City, GA and Velma Swoboda of Washington, MO.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials can be made to Lives Under Construction Boys Ranch or St. Louis Community Re-Entry Program.

“I met Jacob probably 19 years ago when he was in kindergarten at IC. I admired his artistic ability at that young age. I was fortunate enough to watch Jacob grow up as I had him many classes while I was a substitute teacher. We had lots of fun together. He was quite special to me. I’m sad that I will not be able to send him off. Much love to his wonderful family.”
