He was predeceased by: his father Frank Tullock. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Tullock of Bourbon, MO; his mother Emma Tullock of Seymour, MO; his sons, Joey Tullock, Matthew Tullock (Megan) and Matt Tullock; his grandchildren, Ethan, Cain, Zoey, Josi, Allie and Brianna; and his siblings, Ed Tullock (Sherri) of Seymour, MO and Louise Tullock of Sullivan, MO. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
