He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Parthemore; his parents, Howard Parthemore and Deliah Parthemore; and his siblings, George Parthemore and Clara Kearns.
He is survived by: his daughter Valerie Howland (Al) of Union; his sisters, Betty Dills (Robert) of Texas, Wanda Carter (Timothy) of Ohio and Sally Vance (Dick) of Arkansas; and his grandsons, Alexander and Lucas Howland. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
