LaVerne M. Maune Obituary
The memory of LaVerne M. Maune of Union, Missouri, who passed away on June 16, 2025 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lambert Feldmann and Adelaide; her spouse Norvin "Joe" Maune; her daughter Cheryl Maune; her daughter-in-law Laura Maune; and her siblings, Evelyn Sieve, Ellen Maune, Mercedes Althen, Henry Feldmann, Lambert Feldmann and Richard Feldmann.
She is survived by: her children, Ernest Maune (Cher) of California, Jerene Thiemann (Alan) of Virginia, Kevin Maune Villa Ridge (Jolyn), Ardis Maune, Lori Maune of California and LaNor Maune; and her brother Edwin Feldmann (Dorothy) of California. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (1014 Madison Ave, Washington, MO 63090). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. John the Baptist Gildehaus Catholic Church in Villa Ridge for Masses, or to Our Lady of Lourdes Parish.
